Oakville's Largest Rock'n Roll Party
Party countdown:
See you
next year!
Oakville's Largest Rock'n Roll Party 2008 proved to be a huge success. Sold out weeks before the event date, with just under 600 guests, we enjoyed dancing to live entertainment and camaraderie and as a consequence of our collective efforts, we have been able to donate $10,000 to the Reach Out Centre for Kids. Thank you!
About our party and the people behind it
Oakville's Largest Rock'n Roll Party has created an important nexus of business supporting community. This event has developed into a meaningful way for merchants and professional service groups to be highlighted as integral to, and supporters of, all that is great about living in Oakville. Over the past five years, the culmination of our efforts, supported by Oakville businesses, has generated for our community, over $46,000.00 in essential financial support.
We have created an event that culminates in an expression of our collective values; an event that demonstrates kindness in giving; support of our community; support of Oakville's business', merchants and professional service groups. Oakville's Largest Rock'n Roll party demonstrates the concept that progress and prosperity for our community includes the aspirations and needs of others - the sum of the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. With an impact that is far reaching beyond our own region, we can all feel very proud to be part of a strong and vibrant community.
For 2009, we have selected The Sunshine Foundation of Canada as our beneficiary. Sunshine Foundation makes dreams come true for children challenged by
severe physical disabilities or life-threatening illnesses. Sunshine receives no government funding and relies upon the generosity of individuals,
organizations, and the success of many special fundraising events. To learn more about Sunshine and the impact of a Sunshine Dream upon the life of a
